At Ma Hawa, we strive to ensure a seamless and efficient delivery experience for all our customers. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions regarding the shipping of your order.

Domestic Shipping (Within the UAE)

Delivery Timeline:

• Standard delivery: 2-5 business days.

Shipping Charges:

• Orders of 5 or more products: Free shipping.

• Orders below 5 products: Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery Areas:
We deliver to all emirates within the UAE, including Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, and other regions.

International Shipping
Currently, international shipping is unavailable.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the package, we will contact you to arrange reshipping. Additional charges may apply.

Restricted Countries
Ma Hawa will NOT deal with or provide any services or products to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries in accordance with the laws of the UAE.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at support@mahawa.ae or call 800624292. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
