At Ma Hawa, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Returns: Items can be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed after inspecting the returned items. Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment. Allow 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Exceptions: Custom or special-order items are non-refundable unless defective.
